Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Cabinet Assembler to join our team in Ashland, VA. In this role, you will assemble high-quality cabinets following precise instructions and specifications. Strong attention to detail, consistency, and efficiency are essential to ensure products meet our quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.Pay Rate: $20.00/hour (Overtime at time-and-a-half after 40 hours/week)Location: Ashland, VASchedule:Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM1-hour unpaid lunch (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)Breakroom available with fridge and microwaveNo weekends or holidaysOvertime may be available depending on workloadResponsibilities:Assemble up to 25 cabinets per day according to provided instructions and specificationsUse tools and equipment safely and effectively (all tools provided on-site)Follow detailed instructions and training to ensure accuracy and consistencyInspect finished products to verify quality standards are metMaintain a clean and organized work areaQualifications:Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environmentComfortable using hand and power tools safelyPrevious assembly or production experience preferred, but training is providedBenefits:On-site training to set you up for successAll necessary tools and equipmentSupportive team environmentStable Monday–Friday scheduleVACABMAKER
