Job Skills / Requirements On-Call Security Flex Officer - Bisbee / Sierra Vista / Douglas, AZ We are seeking a reliable and professional On-Call Security Flex Officer to provide coverage throughout the Bisbee, Sierra Vista, and Douglas, Arizona region. This position is ideal for experienced security professionals who are flexible, dependable, and available to assist with fill-in coverage as needed. Position Details Position Type: Part-Time Hours: Approximately 16 hours per week Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.25 per hour Schedule: On-call; open availability required for all shifts, including nights and weekends Responsibilities Provide security coverage for scheduled and emergency fill-in shifts Patrol assigned locations and maintain a visible security presence Monitor property and report suspicious activity or incidents Complete required reports and documentation accurately Respond professionally to site needs and client requests Follow all company and site-specific security procedures Requirements Must possess a current Arizona Unarmed Guard Card Previous security experience required Flex officer and/or mobile patrol experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Must be able to pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) review Must have reliable transportation Open availability required - any day, any shift, including holidays, nights, and weekends Must be dependable and willing to accept on-call fill-in assignments Preferred Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional appearance and demeanor Experience working multiple sites or adapting quickly to new environments If you are flexible, dependable, and ready to support a growing security team across Southern Arizona, we encourage you to apply.
