Cabinet Installer

*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom cabinets, built-in units, and related fixtures with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal align perfectly with project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse remodeling projects, collaborate with skilled tradespeople, and contribute to creating beautiful, functional environments for our clients. *Duties* * Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately install cabinets and fixtures according to specifications * Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures and other hand tools to ensure proper fit and alignment * Install cabinetry, fixtures, and related building materials utilizing power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently * Follow blueprint specifications and construction plans meticulously during installation processes * Perform remodeling tasks such as tile masonry, plastering, caulking, stucco application, gutter installation, and flooring as needed * Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure adherence to safety standards and client expectations * Collaborate with project managers, electricians, plumbers, and other trades to coordinate installation schedules and resolve technical issues promptly *Skills* * Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans * Extensive experience with cabinet installation, fixture mounting, and building material installation * Strong knowledge of construction management principles and estimating techniques * Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding for various installation tasks * Experience with tile laying, masonry work, plastering, caulking, stucco application, gutter installation, and flooring installation * Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and markup (nice-to-have) * Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately for precise fitting of materials * Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems related to fixture installation (preferred) * Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction during project completion * Construction site experience with a focus on safety protocols and inspection procedures Join our team if you’re passionate about craftsmanship, eager to develop your skills across multiple trades, and ready to contribute to impactful remodeling projects.
