Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while playing a critical role in our project planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Division 05 Metal/Structural Steel, with the ability to accurately estimate costs, materials, and labor for various projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for Division 05 Metal/Structural Steel projects. Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare estimates. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive bids. Identify potential risks and opportunities in the project scope and communicate them effectively. Maintain and update a database of costs, materials, and labor. Ensure all estimates are in compliance with company standards and client requirements. Assist in the development of project budgets and schedules. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Estimator, specifically in Division 05 Metal/Structural Steel. Understand how to use paid leads softwares Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes related to metal and structural steel. Proficiency in estimation software and tools. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
