Sales Representative/Merchandiser

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Merchandiser to join our team. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in various markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for customer service. Duties: - Conduct outside sales visits to retail locations and market events - Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service - Present product information to potential customers -Utilize ordering software (basic computer skills - training provided) - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities As a Sales Merchandiser you will be responsible for not only selling the product but also merchandising our products in large and small format stores. These stores include City Markets, Wal-Marts, Convience stores, and other independent grocers. Experience: - Proven experience in sales, willing to train a motivated candidate - Familiarity with Sales Software - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets - Prior experience in customer service or account management is beneficial We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including opportunities for career growth.
