Summary: An Operating Room (OR) Technologist / Surgical Technologist assists surgeons, nurses, and other members of the surgical team during surgical procedures. The role involves preparing the operating room, maintaining sterile techniques, managing surgical instruments, and ensuring that procedures run safely and efficiently. Responsibilities: Prepare and set up the operating room (OR) before surgical procedures. Sterilize and arrange surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies according to the procedure. Ensure proper functioning of surgical equipment and instruments. Assist in positioning patients on the operating table. Maintain strict sterile techniques and infection control protocols.
