The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for supporting HR functions, including managing employee records, benefits administration, and maintaining compliance with HR policies. Key responsibilities include facilitating employee relations, coordinating onboarding processes, and assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives. The role requires direct collaboration with employees and leadership to ensure a positive workplace environment.QualificationsProficiency in HR Management practices and core Human Resources (HR) operationsExperience in Benefits Administration, including benefits enrollment and complianceStrong expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagementKnowledge of HR Policies and the ability to maintain compliance with employment laws and regulationsExcellent organizational and communication skillsProficiency in HR software and toolsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldSHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
