Role: Software Developer ( React)Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)Job SummaryAs a React Developer, you will leverage your deep knowledge of React, React Native, and JavaScript to build dynamic and responsive web and mobile applications. You will develop and maintain applications across web, iOS, and Android platforms, delivering seamless and engaging user experiences. You'll work closely with design, product, and development teams to implement innovative solutions that drive user engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve translating complex requirements into functional, high-performance code and ensuring the seamless integration of front-end components with back-end services.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain web applications using React.js and JavaScriptDevelop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using React NativeImplement reusable and modular components and libraries for web and mobile platformsCollaborate with UX/UI designers to transform design concepts into interactive and high-quality user experienceIntegrate frontend and mobile components with backend services via RESTful APIs and other service integrationOptimize web and mobile applications for performance, scalability, responsiveness, and usabilityTroubleshoot and resolve issues, including bugs, compatibility issues, and performance bottleneckWrite and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented codParticipate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standardWork with mobile platform features, including push notifications, device permissions, biometric authentication, and native integrationsSupport application deployment processes for web, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store releaseStay informed about the latest industry trends and advancements in React, React Native, JavaScript, and mobile development technologiesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experienceAt least 6 years of experience developing applications using React and JavaScript (ES6)Hands-on experience developing and deploying mobile applications for iOS and Android using React NativeExtensive experience with React.js, including React Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycleStrong understanding of mobile application architecture, navigation, state management, and performance optimizationSolid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel)Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, Zustand) and RESTful APIsExperience integrating with mobile device capabilities and third-party SDKsFamiliarity with version control systems, particularly GitAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detaStrong communication and teamwork skillsPreferred QualificatqionsExperience with TypeScript and static typingFamiliarity with server-side rendering frameworks (e.g., Next.js)Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Detox)Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processesExperience publishing and maintaining applications in the Apple App Store and Google Play StoreExperience with performance optimization techniques and tools for both web and mobile applicationsUnderstanding of accessibility standards and best practices across web and mobile platformsFamiliarity with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development concepts
