About the Company Salesfinity is hiring a Sales Development Rep to join our outbound team. Salesfinity is an AI Growth Platform that helps SDRs become 10x better at their job more dials, more connects, more meetings, less busywork. We're growing 3x YoY, profitable, based in San Francisco, and rated a top 10 sales org in SF by RepVue. Now we need more top-of-funnel firepower. About the Role You'll be coached by Matt Banks, our world-class SDR Manager known across the industry for his elite cold calling skills. If you want to get dramatically better at the phones, this is the seat. Responsibilities Run outbound across phone, email, and LinkedIn to book qualified meetings with B2B sales leaders (VPs of Sales, RevOps, SDR Managers) Make 150+ cold calls a day using our own dialer (yes, we dogfood and it's good) Own your pipeline: research accounts, build lists, write your own sequences, test angles Work directly with Matt, the founder, and AEs on messaging, ICP, and deal strategy Hit monthly meeting and SQL targets Qualifications 6+ months of SDR experience at a B2B software company (non-negotiable) Required Skills You've cold called before and you're good at it you don't flinch at the phone Based in Canada, able to work core US business hours Clear written and verbal communication Coachable, competitive, and allergic to excuses Preferred Skills Bonus: experience selling into sales orgs, or familiarity with tools like Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, HubSpot Pay range and compensation package Competitive base + uncapped commission Remote-first, work from anywhere in Canada Elite cold calling coaching from Matt Banks the kind reps pay for Fast path to AE for top performers we promote from within Direct line to the founder and a front-row seat at a profitable, fast-moving startup The best dialer in the game as your daily weapon Equal Opportunity Statement How to apply: Send a 60-second Loom pitching us on why you'd crush this role, plus your resume, to hello@salesfinity.co.
