They must provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional beverage experience for all our guests. A Bartender’s primary objective is to show our guests a marvelous time by displaying exemplary product knowledge so that guests will want to return again and again. Requirements Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and guests Interacting with guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks Checking customers’ ID to ensure they are legally allowed to purchase alcohol Restocking the bar with supplies Maintaining cleanliness of the bar area and equipment Taking payments, settling tabs, and balancing registers at the end of the shift Taking To-Go orders Assessing guest needs and preferences and making recommendations Maintain a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with other employees Engage with customers in a friendly manner Other duties may be assigned as the need arises. Must have or be willing to obtain Alcohol Serving Certification and understand Must be at least 18 years of age Physical Demands: Must be able to frequently stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach above shoulder level. Must be able to lift/carry up to 20 lbs.
