Forklift Operator

Westrock - - Responsibilities: Operate and manage industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks, into trucks or storage areas; Responsible for safely operating and caring for the forklift and proper operation of the forklift at the facility; Participate in cross training efforts for specific plant needs and sharing those duties with other drivers; Occasionally fill out bills of lading, change fuel tanks on the lift, or pick up parts, paper, objects and residue off the floor and around workstation; Complete all required quality tests and inspections and notify supervisors of any observed concerns in the production area related to product handled or facility safety
