The company is embarking on an exciting phase of growth and development, and this role is pivotal in driving product excellence and team leadership.Role Summary:As the B2B Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Cobra's B2B marketing initiative with strategies to drive business expansion. You will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective demand generation program and an omnichannel marketing approach tailored to business customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to push forward Cobra’s continued expansion into Business solutions, requiring a proactive and innovative mindset to tap into new markets and opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B demand generation strategy to achieve business growth objectives.Build and manage an omnichannel marketing approach that encompasses digital, social, email, events, and other channels to engage and convert business customers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and product developments.Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and enhance marketing efforts.Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.Implement lead generation tactics, such as demos, webinars, and other value-add content to capture high-quality leads.Develop lead nurturing workflows and lead management processes to help define and develop MQLs for inside sales.Build outbound prospecting infrastructure and content to identify and feed potentials into automated flows.Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize ROI.Stay abreast of the latest marketing tools and technologies, ensuring Cedar Electronics remains at the cutting edge of B2B marketing.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in demand generation and omnichannel marketing strategies.Strong understanding of the latest marketing tools and technologies, with the ability to leverage them to drive business results.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, creativity, and problem-solving ability.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Hands on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and other B2B tools is a must.Location: This role will be based out of our Rolling Meadows, IL (HQ) office.Type of Employment: Full-time salaried position with benefits.Equal Opportunity Employer Statement:Cedar Electronics is an equal opportunity employer.
