DescriptionIf you are unfamiliar with strike staffing, the strategy is that rates are high due to the high likelihood of the hospital and the union settling and thus cancelling the need for support. There will be no billables until deployment.This need may be cancelled at any time with no penalty. At time of physical deployment the traveler will be locked in to a 60 hour guarantee of the bill rate*** regardless of when settled.Logistics and Operations will all be handled by a third party strike partner.Travelers MUST stay in provided housing for logistics, transportation, and security reasons.Crisis compliance shortlist where the facility may be managing some of the compliance for the agency.
