We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing inventory processes on a contractor site, which includes handling a large volume of small parts and construction materials related to WIFI cable installation. This role involves organizing and auditing inventory, using data to ensure accuracy, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Inventory Management: Verify stock information and unit identification numbers.
· Equipment Auditing: Conduct regular inventory and audit equipment and parts.
· Material Handling: Unpackage, sort, and stage units for production.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Ability to prioritize and manage workflow efficiently.
· Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills.
· Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or work outdoors for extended periods.
· Flexibility in scheduling.
· Basic computer and Excel skills preferred.
Required Skills
· Previous experience as an Inventory Specialist or in a similar role.
· Familiarity with large-volume, small-part inventory management.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
