Customer Relationship Management PositionWe are a quickly growing computer repair and sales center located in the heart of San Francisco. We have an immediate opening for an entry level, full time Customer Relationship Management position. This is a great opportunity to work in a fun, dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging environment with opportunity for advancement.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe main duties include but are not limited to:Answering and returning phone calls, voicemails, and emailsReceiving customers for repairs and salesCraigslist, E Bay, and Amazon posting and managementCreating ads for POP and promotionsSales and repair lead follow upDatabase/ POS system updatingIn person, phone, and email customer serviceFront of house organizationMaintaining a safe and clean work environmentSystemization of maintenance responsibility delegationMaintaining a professional image and attitudeReceiving and preparing shipmentsAccessory inventory management, restocking, pricing, and labelingManaging RMA for malfunctioning itemsRestocking of office suppliesGeneral errands and other tasksSpecial Skills, Experience, and RequirementsExperience and strong interest in Apple Macintosh hardware and softwareStrong sales and customer service backgroundExceptional organizational skillsProficiency of Apple Macintosh software and software configurationProficiency of Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 software, and Windows 8 configurationProficiency in MS Word and ExcelSome knowledge of Adobe PhotoshopKnowledge of E Bay, Craigslist, PayPal, and AmazonCA state issued drivers license requiredReliable transportation to and from workMust be able to lift 40 LBSMust be willing to work overtime to finish a jobPassionate about helping peoplePassionate about technology, computers and learning new systemsDrug and Alcohol Free (Must be able to pass a drug test and background check)This job is VERY dynamic and requires a great amount of professionalism and attention to detail.
