The COS actively supports, promotes, and works within the context of the Mission, Vision and Values associated with Thousand Branches Wellness. This position ensures the office operates efficiently and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.ResponsibilitiesCollaborative communication with coworkers, clients and referral sourcesOrganizing and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlinesCoordinate and manage multiple projects and tasksFlexibility to work in a fast-paced environmentTelephone Screening of inquiry calls with appropriate referrals made for any emergency situation and appointments scheduled as appropriateDocumentation of all incoming inquiry callsObtain records/documentation as needed from referring agenciesMaintain confidentiality through good judgementImplement and manage systems to ensure effective communication with clients, families, referral sources and other relevant entities Crisis Management and Verbal De-escalationProvide support and assistance to clients and guests in the waiting areaMaintain a calm and compassionate demeanor Manage day-to-day schedule, follow up, appointment confirmation and re-schedule as neededFollow up/respond to incoming calls/emails/fax requests within timelines outlined in policyOther duties as assignedAbout Thousand Branches WellnessThousand Branches Wellness will provide outpatient mental health services including Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Medication Management, and Individual Therapy.
