Role:- Delivery Manager- SAP ECC 6.0 on HANA DBLocation: - Wilmington, DE( Onsite role)Mode of Hire:- FTE/SubconDuration:- 1 YearJob Description:Note:- Manufacturing Domain is nice to haveMust to Have:-SAP ECC 6.0 on HANA DBResponsibilities:• Oversee all aspects of the program, including budget, schedule, scope, risk, and resources.• Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan aligned with business goals.• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders.• Manage dependencies between different workstreams• Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks.• Develop and implement a change management strategy to ensure user adoption of the new S/4 HANA system.• Track program progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.• Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP S/4 HANA features and functionality.• 7+ years of experience in program management, preferably with experience in managing SAP projects. Experience in Mfg. Domain is added advantage.• Should have worked in at least 1 S/4 Transformation as a Program Manager• Proven experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA concepts, functionalities, and best practices.• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
