Foreman/Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a skilled Supervisor/Supervisor to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and safely. Duties - Supervise construction sites and personnel to ensure projects are on schedule - Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction activities - Manage construction budgets and ensure projects stay within financial constraints - Conduct construction estimating and budgeting tasks - Implement and enforce OSHA safety regulations on job sites - Utilize Ohmmeters and other tools for quality control purposes Requirements - Proven experience in construction management and supervision - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately - Proficient in budgeting and managing project costs effectively - Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols - Excellent leadership and supervisory skills -Bilingual in English and Spanish Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Experience: Quality control: 5 years (Required) Construction management: 5 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Spanish (Required) Work Location: In person
