Thermal Sciences Associate (Ph.D.)

Overview As a Thermal Sciences Associate in Natick, you will analyze failures in structures, vehicles, fires, explosions, and industrial processes while applying CFD, experiments, and laboratory assessments. You’ll lead engineering analyses, evaluate safety systems, and prepare client-ready proposals and reports in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. This role offers hands-on project work, travel opportunities, and collaboration with experts to advance safety and sustainability.
