This role combines team leadership, strategic planning, and design oversight, ensuring that the user perspective is consistently represented in all product decisions.MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACTLead, mentor, and grow a team of UX Designers, Researchers, and WritersDefine and enforce UX standards, design guidelines, and best practicesCollaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to align UX efforts with business goalsDrive UX strategy across multiple products or platformsPrioritize UX initiatives and allocate resources effectivelyAdvocate for the user at all levels of the organizationReview design deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and usabilityMeasure and report on UX impact, including usability metrics, engagement, and customer satisfactionWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEEDBring your program management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
