Orthopedic Surgeon (Physician) Northwestern North Carolina Seeking a BE/BC sports medicine orthopedic surgeon or general orthopedic surgeon to join a well-established practice with a strong community presence and supportive work environment. Competitive compensation with production-based wRVU incentive opportunity and a guaranteed base salary for 2 years (no production risk). Commencement bonus paid within the first month of employment. Join a team of 3 orthopedic surgeons (2 operative, 1 non-operative) and 3 advanced practice providers. 1:4 call schedule. Comprehensive orthopedic services including joint ailments and degenerative diseases, arthritis, musculoskeletal trauma, and sports-related injuries. Relocation and student loan assistance available.
