AWM Print OperatorSalary Range $15.50 - $15.50 Hourly Level Entry Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Education Level High School Category ManufacturingDescriptionPosition Purpose:The Print Operator will operate print room equipment and produce printed materials for Andrew Wommack Ministries. This position will report to and work closely with the Print Coordinator to ensure the timely completion of all print room projects.Essential Duties:Maintain Smartsheet orders as assigned by Print Coordinator Technician and Production SupervisorAssist people assigned to them by the Print Coordinator Technician and Production SupervisorOperate digital printers/copiers, laminators, binders, inserters, envelope printers, and cuttersProduce printed material, i.e., study guides, books, letters, etc., as directed by Print Coordinator TechnicianMaintain records on machines and machine careStrategically keep machines working simultaneously to get jobs done promptlyWork with the Print Coordinator Technician to make repairs and keep equipment operationalLearn the mechanics of equipment and how to make simple repairs to machinesUtilize Smartsheet for workflowPrepare for and attend all regularly scheduled team meetings and other meetings upon requestAssist the Print Coordinator Technician in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedure documents for all printing processes and systemsComplete all other tasks as assignedQualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to troubleshoot and think independentlyHigh degree of mechanical and electrical aptitudeStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood project management skillsFamiliar with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to operate a pallet jack and hand truckAbility to lift and carry 50lbsMust understand imposition and be proficient with computersAbility to stand for several hours a dayRequirements:Must have a personal relationship with Jesus ChristMust sign the statement of FaithA high school diploma or equivalent is requiredA Charis Bible College Graduate is preferredMust either be certified or have the ability to be certified in the operation of a forkliftMust have a clean driving record and be insurable to operate a company vehicleMust pass all required checksExperience:Mechanical background preferredPrior printing and binding experience preferredPrior supervisory experience preferredCompensation is commensurate with experienceWe offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees to include the following: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays per year (10), Flexible Spending Account (FSA)-Medical/Dependent Care, Health Savings Account (HSA), Voluntary Life and AD&D, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, 403(b) Retirement Plan, Life Assistance Program, Accident/Hospital, ID Shield/Legal Shield and TelehealthAbout Us: Andrew Wommack Ministries (AWM) is a teaching ministry of unconditional love and the balance between grace and faith.
