Optomi, in partnership with a leading enterprise organization, is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to support delivery initiatives for a large-scale, data-driven platform supporting both retail and digital channels.
Location: Hybrid (4 days onsite / Friday remote)

Overview
We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to lead delivery efforts for a large-scale data-driven platform that supports pricing and operational systems across both retail and digital channels.
This role requires a technical delivery leader with a strong data background who can drive initiatives from planning through execution while collaborating closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate understands how to balance technical problem solving, data analysis, and delivery leadership , rather than functioning solely as a traditional project manager.
The position will play a key role in supporting ongoing platform operations while also helping scale and enhance capabilities across new markets and environments.
Responsibilities
Lead technical delivery for platform initiatives across multiple teams
Coordinate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution
Analyze data and investigate system variances to ensure accuracy and operational stability
Facilitate planning sessions, backlog prioritization, and cross-team collaboration
Support platform expansion initiatives and system enhancements
Communicate delivery progress, risks, and technical considerations to leadership
Partner with technical teams to resolve issues and improve system performance
Required Qualifications
Experience in Technical Delivery Manager, Technical Program Manager, or similar technical leadership roles
Strong data and analytical background
Ability to write and understand SQL queries for data investigation and validation
Solid understanding of technology platforms, system architecture, and engineering workflows
Experience facilitating technical teams and driving delivery across cross-functional groups
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
Retail or ecommerce technology environments
Pricing, promotions, or transactional systems
Operational or platform modernization initiatives 4 days onsite
Friday remote
