Quality Supervisor

Position 1 – Electronics Inspector Key Responsibilities: Inspect electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards for workmanship, quality, and compliance with specifications. Apply current knowledge of IPC-A-610 and/or IPC-600 inspection standards. Identify soldering, component placement, assembly, and workmanship defects. Perform detailed visual inspection using a microscope. Document inspection results, defects, and nonconformances. Ensure products meet customer, engineering, and quality requirements. Required Qualifications: Previous experience as an Electronics Inspector, PCB Inspector, QC Inspector, or similar role. Current knowledge of IPC-A-610 and/or IPC-600. Hands-on experience inspecting electronic assemblies and/or PCBs. Hands-on microscope inspection experience is mandatory. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify workmanship defects. Position 2 – Hybrid Inspector Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed inspection of hybrid microelectronics, hybrid circuits, and microelectronic components. Inspect components and assemblies using a microscope. Apply knowledge of MIL-STD-883 requirements and inspection criteria. Identify defects, workmanship issues, and dimensional or assembly discrepancies. Accurately document inspection findings and nonconformances. Work closely with quality and manufacturing teams to ensure product compliance. Required Qualifications: Previous experience inspecting hybrid microelectronics or similar microelectronic components. Working knowledge of MIL-STD-883. Hands-on microscope inspection experience is mandatory. Strong ability to identify minute defects with a high level of accuracy. Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
