Demand Planner

Title: Demand PlannerRef No: 1499Location: Remote – Offices in New Hampshire and CanadaWe are currently working with a rapidly growing, family-owned food company in New Hampshire to fill a Demand Planner role. This is a key role in ensuring accurate demand forecasting and inventory alignment for their United States Operations. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams in running the S&OP process. The organization offers strong stability, a collaborative culture, and significant growth opportunities as the business continues to scale quickly.Position Description:Maintain a monthly forecast and drive the demand planning process.Protect the financial performance of the strategic business unit by identifying potential supply chain issues.Lead and participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.Participate in the financial budgeting process.Work closely with Sales team on promotional forecasting.Background Required:Highly energetic individual with at least 2-4 years finished goods forecasting / demand planning experience.Experience working in protein-based foods is a plus, but any CPG experience is strongly preferred.Comfort level leveraging statistical forecasting applications and Excel to drive the forecasting process.Proven track record of success in similar role.
