Roles and Responsibilities Program and configure access control and CCTV systems, including hardware and software Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with these systems, including network connectivity, programming, and hardware failures Work with clients to understand their unique business requirements and develop customized solutions that meet those needs Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, including training on how to use these systems effectively Participate in the design and implementation of new access control and CCTV systems, including providing recommendations on hardware and software solutions Develop and maintain documentation on all systems and solutions, including programming code and hardware configurations Maintain current industry knowledge and certifications Drive on company business and assume responsibility of a company vehicle as needed and allowed Represent NCS with professionalism and integrity Perform all assigned duties Safely adhering to the highest Quality standards Provide the highest level of customer service with continuous communication (verbal and written) Perform all functions of the position and other duties that may be assigned Travel to the field to support installations as needed (Essential duties and responsibilities may include the following tasks, knowledge, skills, and other characteristics.
