Director of Sales - IoT Water & Liquids Monitoring Solutions Location: United States (Remote with Travel) Base pay range: $150,000.00 / yr - $220,000.00 / yr Additional compensation: Annual Bonus Our client is a U.S.-based technology company that has been quietly building for over 25 years - and is now in major growth mode. This is an opportunity to take a proven system to market—driving adoption, expanding into new verticals, and shaping the future of connected water intelligence. What You’ll Do Lead the go‑to‑market strategy for a fully integrated hardware + software solution spanning sensors, modems, and cloud‑based analytics. Target industrial liquid sectors like water treatment, chemical processing, food plants, oil & gas, and municipal systems. Build and mentor a small, high‑performing sales team while personally developing new business and strategic partnerships. Identify and capture opportunities in emerging applications—from wastewater and pools to nuclear and municipal water. Collaborate closely with leadership to align sales, marketing, and product strategy. What You Bring Experience selling IoT, sensor, or connected systems in water, chemical, or industrial environments. Proven success introducing technology solutions across multiple verticals. Blend of strategic leadership and hands‑on business development. Self‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.
