Job DescriptionPortland Kettle Works is Seeking a Welder-Fabricator to Join Our Team"Architects of Liquid Innovation"We are a World Leader in brewery and stainless-steel tank equipment manufacturing with fabrication facilities in Portland, Oregon and Queretaro, Mexico. We take pride in innovation, quality and on time production.Our highly detailed STAINLESS-STEEL (Food Grade 304SS) fabrication shop manufactures both custom and standard design equipment for demanding clients on strict timelines.Position: Uses hand-welding or flame-cutting equipment to weld or join stainless steel metal components or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated steel products. Required through various phases of Production to Include the Brewhouse, Fabricating and Pre-Production Lines. Preferred Job Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Associate's Degree or Vocational School TrainingExperience: 1-2 years of related Welding Experience. Sanitary Tank Building Preferred. Good attention to detail and able to follow specific instructions & written plans/directions.
