Full Stack Engineer (Remote)💰 $180K – $240K + equityPLEASE NOTE: This role requires US citizenship or Green Card status, relevant aerospace/defence/space/aviation experience, and willingness to travel to California 1–2 times per month.We’re hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join a leading technology company building advanced software for real-time control and coordination of large-scale autonomous systems.This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll help build a next-generation Command & Control platform used to plan, visualise, and operate complex distributed systems in real time.You’ll work across the full stack, from rich, data-heavy interfaces to distributed backend services powering real-time state and telemetry at scale.What you’ll be doing:Building modern web-based interfaces for real-time system monitoring and controlDeveloping distributed backend services handling streaming telemetry and state synchronisationDesigning and shipping full-stack features end-to-endCreating intuitive, high-density UIs for complex operational workflowsWorking closely with infrastructure and systems engineers on scalable architectureImproving CI/CD, testing, and deployment workflowsWhat we’re looking for4+ years of full-stack engineering experienceStrong experience with React (or similar frontend frameworks)Backend experience with APIs, distributed systems, or real-time servicesComfortable working across frontend and backend systemsStrong product thinking and ability to own features end-to-endNice to haveExperience with real-time or performance-sensitive applicationsWebGL, Canvas, or similar graphics experienceFamiliarity with streaming / messaging systemsC++ or systems programming exposureGeospatial or map-based application experienceWhy joinWork on technically challenging real-time distributed systemsHigh ownership and impact across the full product stackStrong engineering culture focused on solving hard problemsCompetitive salary + meaningful equityIf this is of interest, please apply and I will contact you directly!
