Finance Manager

Finance ManagerWe’re seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee cash flow, credit usage, and overall financial health while supporting key accounting projects. This role works closely with banking partners, manages reporting requirements, and acts as the primary contact for audits and financial reviews. What you’ll do:Monitor cash position, credit lines, and funding needs Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and performance analysis Produce and submit required bank and internal reports Lead financial aspects of projects from planning through completion Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and accounting standards Partner with internal teams to provide insights that support decision-making Assist with audits, appraisals, and process improvements What we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus) Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Advanced Excel and experience with financial systems Solid understanding of GAAP and corporate finance practices Clear communication skills and attention to detail What’s offered:Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, disability, life) 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Employee discounts on select products
