Machine OperatorOperate & monitor multiple Press Machines as assignedMust meet required Production goals and quotasProper setup, Operation and Maintenance of equipment with progressive diesMust be able to do light Maintenance as required on Machines and diesAbility to balance safety, quality & efficiencyAccurately capture and record necessary operating dataFollowing established methods and procedures to produce material to specificationAssisting in regular cleaning and preventative equipment maintenance activities as directedCommunicate quality and product process issues between work groupsPerform duties with a goal to continuously improve quality and productivityDemonstrate strong Safety, Quality and Customer focusMust have excellent reading and math skillsMust be able to stand for long periods of time in extreme heat and coldQualificationsMust be 18 years of age or olderMust have own transportation (public transportation not available for all shifts)Must have 2 years prior experience with Press Machine OperationMust pass Background, Drug Screen and 75# Lifting/Back Strength EvaluationMust have Valid ID for I-9 VerificationHigh School Diploma or EquivalentMust be able to lift 75 pounds
