We are seeking a passionate, reliable, and engaging VPK/Preschool Lead Teacher to guide a classroom of children ages 45 years.This role is ideal for an educator who brings energy, structure, and heart into the classroom, understands developmentally appropriate practices, and values strong relationships with children, families, and their team.Role Responsibilities:Create a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment aligned with Florida licensing standardsLead daily instruction using our L.E.A.P.
