The position requires proficiency in managing ventilators, drips, and advanced pediatric protocols. The shift is 12 hours , with call, weekend, and holiday rotation. Floating to other pediatric units may be expected. Compliance and onboarding typically take 4–6 weeks . A voice advantage and nurse manager interview are required.
