Senior Icertis Contract Management (ICM) Technical Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Icertis Technical Lead with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the contract management lifecycle. This role is critical in supporting the end-to-end contract activities for a global leader in technology. The ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on expertise with the Icertis Contract Management (ICM) product suite to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and drive process optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Execution: Lead the development and execution of contract management processes specifically within the Icertis (ICM) platform.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to gather complex business requirements and translate them into functional ICM configurations.System Configuration: Build and maintain essential ICM components, including sophisticated workflows, dynamic templates, and robust reporting features.Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the primary technical resource for Icertis capabilities, providing high-level user support, tailored training, and strategic guidance.Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance lifecycle efficiency and streamline organizational workflows.Required QualificationsExperience: 7+ years of dedicated experience in contract management, encompassing drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance.Technical Proficiency: Extensive practical experience with the Icertis Contract Management platform, including hands-on configuration and system support.Analytical Rigor: Strong capability to interpret complex contract data and deliver actionable business insights.Communication: Exceptional professional communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Certification: Icertis Certification is highly preferred.
