Implementation Software Engineer

If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.What You Will DoThe Implementation Software Engineer works closely with the Implementation Project Managers to perform backend application development and configure the RateLinx system, specific to the customer’s custom requirements.You will create and support custom system solutions by:Design, configure, and deploy TMS solutions based on customer requirementsBuild and maintain API integrations with ERP, WMS, EDI providers, telematics, and third-party logistics platformsDevelop custom workflows, automation rules, reports, and system enhancementsSupport data migration efforts including mapping, transformation, validation, and testingWrite and maintain clean, scalable, well-documented codeTroubleshoot integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and system defects during implementationParticipate in customer discovery sessions to gather technical requirementsPerform system testing, UAT support, and go-live validationProvide post-go-live technical support during hypercare phaseCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate enhancement requests and product gapsWho You Are3+ years of software engineering experience (SaaS preferred)Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web servicesStrong proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: C#, JavaScript, Java, or PythonExperience with SQL and database managementFamiliarity with system integrations, EDI (e.g., 204, 214, 210), and data mappingStrong debugging and problem-solving skillsAbility to work directly with customers in a consultative capacityWhy You'll Love Working for RateLinx2024 & 2025 Top Workplace Award Winner via AZ Central.In-office position that has views of the mountains.Flexible schedule and hybrid work opportunities.Friendly, professional, and collaborative workplace.Business casual dress code.PTO eligible immediately upon hire.Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance (RateLinx pays 80% of the premium).Employer-Paid Life and Disability Insurance.Voluntary Life Insurance and Pet Insurance available at a group rate.Flexible Spending Account (FSA).401(k) + employer match.We’re growing quickly and looking for high‑energy team members who want to make an impact, support our customers, and have fun doing it.How to ApplyAre you ready to make a difference?
