Senior Campaign Manager, Precision

Sr. Campaign ManagerThe Sr. Campaign Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution and performance of programmatic media campaigns from launch through support and optimization. This role plays a critical part in driving results through strategic media management, testing initiatives, and close collaboration with client counterparts to ensure alignment and clarity across all campaign efforts.Responsibilities include managing end-to-end programmatic campaign launches, supporting testing strategies to drive performance insights and innovation, communicating and collaborating with internal teams and client counterparts regarding campaign delivery, direction, and updates pertinent to client and business goals, analyzing and interpreting data to inform optimizations and improve KPIs, maintaining accountability for QA procedures across upcoming and live campaigns, maintaining organization across multiple campaigns and workstreams in a fast-paced environment, and ideating and implementing new ways to improve campaign/account performance and growth across media platforms.Qualifications include a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and media terminology, 24 years of experience in media planning, buying, or programmatic campaign management, experience activating in platforms across DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, and/or Microsoft Ads, proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail, intermediate Excel skills: comfort with pivot tables is a must, experience in working with large datasets and performing quantitative analysis, and excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.Self-starter who is comfortable with being flexible in an ever-changing environment.Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Diffrence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
