Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Step-Down in last 3 years.Trauma Level Experience Trauma level 1+.EMR Must have experience with EMRs.Skills Assessment STD skills assessment with 2.7+ score.Additional Confirmations I have previous experience with large facilities (200+ beds).Additional Confirmations I am willing to work a day / night rotation.Additional Confirmations I have 6 months of Level 1 experience within the last 2 years.Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.Additional Confirmations Experience with arterial lines, ventriculostomies, subdural drains, and lumbar drains is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with hemodynamic monitoring and invasive BP monitoring through arterial lines is required.Additional Confirmations Proficiency in Bi-PAP/C-PAP and managing trach C-PAP patients on the ventilator is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with low dose pressors, vasoactive medications, inotropes, mannitol, and 3% (NSCU) is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with trachs, complex wounds, and managing lines/tubes/drains for post-surgical patients is required.Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all the following experience: Experience with Arterial lines, Ventriculostomies, Subdural Drains, and Lumbar Drains; must have experience with Hemodynamic monitoring and invasive BP monitoring; must have experience with Bi-PAP/C-PAP and ventilator management for Trach C-PAP patients; must have experience with low-dose pressors, vasoactive medications, and inotropes; must have experience with Mannitol & 3% saline administration; must have experience with complex wounds and post-surgical lines/tubes/drains.Travel Contract Local contracts within 75.0 miles not accepted.Requested Time Off Up to 7 days of time off can be requested.NOMAD BENEFITSHousing: Stipend provided.
