depth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 15–20 Superintendents across multiple active projectsOversee field operations from preconstruction through project closeoutDrive scheduling accountability, field coordination, and project execution standards company-wideSupport Superintendents with project planning, manpower strategy, sequencing, logistics, and problem-solvingEnsure all projects maintain safety, quality, and production expectationsPartner closely with Project Managers, Operations Leadership, Ownership, and Executive TeamsStandardize field processes, reporting, communication, and operational best practicesConduct project site visits, progress reviews, and operational auditsAssist in resolving complex construction, scheduling, subcontractor, and client-related challengesSupport hiring, training, mentorship, and development of field personnelPromote a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and safetyMonitor staffing allocations and field resource planning across concurrent projectsHelp drive project profitability through operational efficiency and proactive field leadershipMaintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectorsWhat We’re Looking For10+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience requiredPrior experience operating as a General Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or Multi-Project Superintendent strongly preferredProven success overseeing multiple large-scale commercial projects simultaneouslyExperience leading and mentoring other Superintendents and field teamsStrong background in ground-up commercial construction and tilt-wall projectsBroad project exposure across retail, industrial, healthcare, storage, hospitality, and tenant improvement construction preferredExceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and operational management skillsStrong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, logistics, safety, and QA/QCProficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar construction technologiesAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume commercial construction environmentOSHA 10/30 Certification preferredValid driver’s license requiredCompensation & Benefits💰 Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 DOE🎯 Performance Bonus:
