From culture and entertainment to emerging verticals like sports, we create content that reaches hundreds of millions globally—and we’re just getting started.Job SummaryFlighthouse is looking for a Creative Producer to help lead the next phase of our owned brands: developing, producing, and evolving content across platforms with a focus on scale, speed, and cultural relevance.This role is responsible for driving content from idea through execution: building on existing formats, launching new series, and pushing creative forward in a way that grows audience and engagement. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, direct shoots, manage talent, and oversee post-production to ensure everything we put out is sharp, platform-native, and built to perform.You may also support client content capture, and other Flighthouse productions, on an as-needed basis, bringing the same creative and production rigor to brand and partner projects. This is an in-office position, and you will be expected to work from our Los Angeles office as necessary, directed by your Manager.ResponsibilitiesOversee the end-to-end production of content across Flighthouse owned brands (with a focus on Fieldhouse and/or Screenhouse), from ideation through post-productionBuild on existing formats while developing and testing new series to drive growth and engagementDirect shoots on set: guiding creative, managing talent/guests, and ensuring content is captured at a high levelGuide post-production, working closely with editors to shape final outputs that are platform-native and performance-drivenSource and manage talent/guests, ensuring a consistent pipeline of relevant and compelling personalitiesCollaborate cross-functionally to bring ideas to life quickly and efficientlySupport brand integrations and sponsorship executions across owned IP, ensuring seamless and engaging integration into contentContribute to client work on an as-needed basisOther duties as assignedQualifications2+ years of experience in content production, social, or a related creative roleA strong understanding of short-form and platform-native content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platformsAbility to think both creatively and operationally: you can generate ideas and execute them without hand-holdingExperience directing shoots and working hands-on with talent or creatorsStrong instincts for what performs: paced, structured, and optimized for engagementComfortable operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment where testing and learning is constantHighly organized and able to manage multiple moving parts across production timelinesInterest in sports is a plus, but not requiredPay Scale$21.63 - $24.03 per hourThe final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
