We are top-notch talent, passionate about making a difference through the work we do together!DescriptionUnder the direction of the Implementation Manager, the Customer Success Operations Intern will support the Customer Success and Implementation teams by ensuring data accuracy, system consistency, and operational readiness across Service Cloud, Salesforce, and monday.com. This role will gain hands-on experience supporting customer implementations, maintaining system data integrity, and enabling smooth transitions across projects.What You'll DoSupport data quality and consistency between Service Cloud and monday.comUpdate and maintain service contact records within Service CloudAssist with transferring and organizing contract documentation within SalesforceEnsure Knowledge Base (KB) articles are accurate, up to date, and successfully migrated from OneNotePartner closely with Implementation Managers to ensure appropriate tasks, templates, and project details are carried from project to project within monday.comSupport setup, maintenance, and ongoing operational updates within monday.com as part of the implementation lifecycleAssist with documentation and process improvements related to Customer Success operationsPerform additional duties or tasks as assignedRequirementsCurrent active student status and enrollment toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field, or active enrollment in a similarly related professional certification or degree programFamiliarity and willingness to learn CRM systems such as Salesforce and Service CloudFamiliarity and willingness to learn project management tools such as monday.comAbility to prioritize and complete deliverable items across multiple projectsStrong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and qualityAnalytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential informationEnthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skillsStrong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientationAbility to work in-office on a hybrid basis as requiredDeadline to apply is at least 3 days after the posting date listed.Position Pay Rate: The hourly rate for this role is $20.00/hour.
