This role focuses on building strong client partnerships through on-site visits, product knowledge, and exceptional service to meet and exceed sales targets.Key Roles / ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, focusing on building trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.Conduct regular customer visits to identify needs, present product solutions, and provide technical guidance where applicable.Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets or territories.Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes tailored to customer requirements.Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to ensure seamless order processing, product delivery, and customer service.Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product lines, applications, and competitive advantages.Track sales activities, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular reports on progress toward goals.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential growth opportunities.Represent Cisco Supply, Ltd. at industry trade shows, networking events, and customer functions as required.Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance objectives.Required Education, Experience, And QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.Minimum of 2–5 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in construction supply or related industries.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Working ConditionsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.Positions self to install equipment, including under desks.Moves throughout the building to access files.Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions. Must be able to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions. Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment as needed.
