The Role We are hiring high-performing Career Stylists at Purpose Boutique who love sales, styling, and building long-term customer relationships. This is a performance-driven role designed for experienced stylists who want to grow their career and income through styling expertise rather than moving into management. You will spend the majority of your time on the sales floor leading customer interactions, building full looks, and delivering a high-level, personalized styling experience that drives strong results.
