HR Operations Specialist

Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.The HR Operations Specialist manages daily administrative, compliance, and technical functions of the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role supports HRIS management, onboarding and offboarding, benefits and payroll administration, policy implementation, and employee inquiries.The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable supporting multiple HR processes simultaneously.This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Administration & Employee LifecycleManage the HR inbox, respond to employee inquiries, and route requests to the appropriate HR team membersSupport onboarding, offboarding, and pre-boarding processesMaintain accurate employee records, including status changes, life events, and seating adjustmentsManage leave programs, worker’s compensation cases, and accommodation requestsProcess HR administrative requests such as employment verifications, business cards, and other documentationBenefits & Payroll AdministrationAdminister benefits enrollment, changes, terminations, and COBRA managementSupport open enrollment processes and benefits renewalsProcess benefit invoices (medical, dental, vision, commuter, mutual insurance) and reconcile with budgetsAssist with payroll inputs, merit increases, and mid-year/year-end salary adjustmentsTrack benefits-related rebates, expenses, and reporting, including Form 5500 filingsCompliance, Reporting & HR SystemsMaintain HRIS and dashboards with up-to-date information on employee data, org charts, and HR metricsSupport compliance reporting, including EEOC, BLS, US Census, OSHA, and IRS filingsPrepare periodic HR reports, including PTO close reports and termination listsAssist with policy revisions, employee handbook updates, and acknowledgment trackingHR Communications & EventsDraft and distribute HR communications and remindersSupport recognition programs, anniversaries, and company eventsAssist with HR and town hall meetings, note-taking, and follow-upsTeam Support & Special ProjectsParticipate in HR team and global meetings, supporting notes and follow-upsProvide reception coverage and general administrative support as neededSupport special HR projects, product launches, and end-of-year processesEducation/ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or HR generalist supportProven experience with benefits administration, HRIS, payroll support, and employee lifecycle managementRequired SkillsKnowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirementsExperience with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and COBRA managementProficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables)Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with high attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentExperience with HRIS, ADP strongly preferredWe OfferThe salary range for this position is $75,000 – $80,000 annually, commensurable with skills, experience, and qualificationsBonus opportunity based on personal and business performanceRobust healthcare, insurance, and benefit optionsPaid time off policies including vacation, personal, holiday, and sick days401K plus company matchOptions to support development, including complimentary access to LinkedIn LearningAn entrepreneurial career with a dynamic environment where all voices are heard and appreciatedLow hierarchy with high visibility to C-Suite on a regular basisA growing company with a proven track record of solid financial stabilityInterparfums USA, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing fair and equitable employment opportunities in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
