Real Estate Coordinator (Right of Way)Morristown, NJ12-Month Contract-to-HireWe are looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Coordinator / Right of Way Specialist to support land acquisition and property documentation for major infrastructure and utility projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects move forward by supporting the review, management, and coordination of real estate and Right of Way documentation.You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, environmental consultants, GIS specialists, and Right of Way teams to ensure property records, easements, permits, and agreements are accurate and properly documented.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys research, analysis, and working with property records while contributing to large infrastructure projects.What You'll DoReview and interpret Right of Way agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits, and licensesConduct property research and documentation reviewsPerform rights and restriction analysis related to land useSupport permitting activities and documentation requirementsInterpret and track easement agreements and property recordsTransfer Right of Way data into the stakeholder management databasePerform quality assurance reviews of database entries from field agentsCompile technical information for the Right of Way project teamCollaborate with engineering, environmental, GIS, and project management teamsParticipate in public meetings and open houses when neededManage and track multiple projects simultaneouslyWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree or relevant experience in real estate, land management, or related fieldStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and documentation skillsExperience using spreadsheets and project tracking toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work both independently and within cross-functional teamsPreferred (but not required):Experience supporting utility, infrastructure, or railroad projectsFamiliarity with Google Earth or construction drawingsIRWA designation or Right of Way experienceRequirementsValid driver's licenseAbility to manage multiple project tasks in a fast-paced environmentWhy This Opportunity? ?
