LPN, Second Shift or Overnights Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our growing team at the Samuel F Vilas Home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, with experience with medication administration. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients, assisting with their daily needs, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. 2PM-10PM, every other weekend or 10PM-6AM, every other weekend. Full or part time. Duties Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal hygiene. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using EMR/EHR systems. Participate in infection control measures and ensure a safe environment for patients. Qualifications Valid LPN license in the state of practice. Experience in critical care, long-term care, assisted living, or home care settings is preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in patient documentation.
