A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services and oversee treatment plans for children with autism. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Oversee and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective service delivery Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, making program adjustments as neededQualificationsActive Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Current state licensure (if required) Strong knowledge of ABA principles, including behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs Experience supervising and mentoring clinical staff Proficiency with data collection systems and electronic documentation
