National Accounts Sales Manager- HVAC/ Refrigeration
We are seeking an experienced National Accounts Sales Representative to manage and grow key customer relationships within the commercial HVAC/R and refrigeration service industry. This role is responsible for driving new business, managing existing accounts, and partnering with internal teams to deliver tailored service solutions and exceptional client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain long-term relationships with national accountsGenerate leads through industry contacts and business development effortsDevelop customized HVAC/R service solutions and proposalsManage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closePartner with operations and admin teams to ensure successful service deliveryIdentify high-value growth opportunities within existing and new accountsTravel up to 30% as neededQualifications5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC & refrigeration service sales experienceBackground in light commercial, cold storage, and/or HVAC service preferredProven success in a results-driven sales environmentStrong communication, proposal writing, and relationship-building skillsHighly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities
