Affiliated with The Place for Children with Autism, our growing footprint allows us to serve more families—and we’re excited to welcome passionate clinicians to grow alongside us.Position Overview:We are seeking full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our collaborative and mission-driven team. In this role, you will provide impactful therapy services to children ages 2–8 in our clinic locations.This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about working with children on the autism spectrum and have experience across areas such as ASD, apraxia, phonological processes, articulation, language, voice, pragmatics, AAC, and feeding. If you’re looking to make a meaningful difference while growing your career, we’d love to connect.What You’ll Do:Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized, effective treatment plansBuild and manage a full caseload across our expanding clinic networkMonitor, evaluate, and document client progress using clinical observations, caregiver feedback, and standardized assessmentsMaintain accurate clinical documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and billingStay current with evidence-based practices in speech-language pathologyCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to high-quality careProvide education, training, and support to families and caregiversDesign engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy activitiesManage time effectively and work independently when neededFoster a positive, professional, and supportive clinical cultureRepresent The Place for Speech with enthusiasm and professionalismWho We’re Looking For:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programCCC-SLP from ASHA or eligibility to obtainIllinois SLP licensure or eligibilityValid Illinois driver’s license and car insuranceExperience working with children diagnosed with ASDBilingual Spanish speakers strongly encouraged to applyKnowledge of speech therapy billing practicesReliable transportation to multiple clinic locationsStrong multitasking, organizational, and communication skillsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary based on experienceComprehensive medical and life insuranceGenerous paid vacation, sick time, wellness days, and holidaysEligibility for annual bonusProfessional development and CEU stipendPerformance-based salary increasesMonthly wellness membership reimbursementMileage reimbursement for travel between clinic locationsReady to Grow With Us?If you’re passionate about helping children with autism and excited to be part of a growing organization making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
