Service Scheduling Coordinator

Ray Skillman Ford Scheduling Coordinator Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm Pay $18-22 per hour based on experience Responsibilities: -Greeting customers via Telephone and text messaging to do the following: Schedule appointments for maintenance o Verify all customer information is up to date Offer remote experience options when applicable Notate concerns regarding customer's vehicle to get prepared for proper in store assessment. Customer follow up - Communicate with Service Advisors to ensure all customer needs are met.
