Per Diem As Needed Summary: CHRISTUS Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Telehealth Urgent Care team in New Mexico. This fully remote role serves CHRISTUS associates and their dependents, delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a virtual setting. You'll work within a physician-led care team using a queue-based system and Epic EMR. PRN, 12 hour shifts, 8am-8pm Responsibilities: Provide urgent care consultations via telehealth for CHRISTUS associates and their dependents Utilize Epic for all documentation and charting Work within a queue-based system, typically seeing 3–4 patients per shift Collaborate with a physician-led multidisciplinary care team Deliver care in alignment with CHRISTUS Health protocols and standards Requirements: Active NP or PA license in the state of New Mexico (required) Must reside in New Mexico (required) Nurse Practitioners: FNP certification with 5+ years in urgent xywuqvp care, emergency medicine preferred Physician Assistants: 5+ years of experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred EPIC experience preferred; training will be provided Strong communication skills; flexible, personable, and self-motivated Work Schedule: PRN Recruiter Contact: Reeve Delmas
